Assessment College are offering a comprehensive Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) course based on a suit of seven Unit Standards.
This course is meant for those who wish to be Skills Development Facilitators or any one wishing to gain an in-depth understanding of the skills development environment, including outcomes-based education and training and quality assurance matters.
People who do this programme will become experts in skills development facilitation.
Training takes place over a total of eight days, which is divided into two sessions of four days each.
You will receive comprehensive reference material for each unit standard as well as a workbook, evidence guides and assessment instruments. During the workshops you will be briefed in detail on how to prepare and present your portfolios of evidence for each unit standard.
You have ten months from the last workshop to complete your portfolios and hand them in for assessment. As soon as you are found competent, and once the College has received endorsement from the ETQA, we will issue the necessary certificate.
