China expands sponsorship of SA students

China has expanded the number of scholarships available to South African youth to study in the country by 200 additional places. This has been thanked by the SA Department of international relations, more details of this new development and a breakdown of the agreement is included in the following article.

A student liaison office has been set-up by the Mpumalanga Education Department for university students who benefit from the provincial government’s bursary programme. The office will be responsible for quarterly visits to students to deal with their challenges.
