Kelly Industrial receives Industry accolade

Kelly Industrial, specialists in industrial people management solutions, has been awarded top honours in the Blue Collar category of the Professional Management Review (PMR) awards, with other divisions within the Kelly Group scooping a further 6 awards.

The PMR Awards are based on a random, national, rating survey conducted on outsourced staffing solutions companies in South Africa.

In the category for permanent staff and blue collar, Kelly Industrial registered a mean score of 4.37 out of a possible five, the highest mean score of the awards for outsourced staffing solutions.

Kelly Industrial will be rewarded with the Diamond Arrow Award at a business breakfast scheduled for August 2008.

“We are excited to be rated so highly by respondents that took part in this survey” says Ian Robinson, Managing Director of Kelly Industrial.

“Such high ratings illustrate the passion, commitment and hard work that form the culture of Kelly Industrial and we are proud to see that our dedication to industrial staffing solutions has been recognised” concludes Robinson.

This annual, national survey on outsourced staffing solutions rates the respondents on a range of 18 attributes across two major sections.

Section one of the awards is across all categories, per number of permanent staff employed.

The second section of the awards is classified according to specific human capital solutions being offered, which may include contract staff and permanent blue collar staff.

It is in this section where Kelly Industrial scooped the coveted award registering a mean score of 4.37 out of a possible five, the highest mean score of the awards for outsourced staffing solutions.

The purpose of these awards is to celebrate excellence and to acknowledge and set a benchmark for others to aspire to.

PMR will be hosting a Business Leaders Breakfast in August 2008, in Johannesburg, whereby all the winners from the PMR Awards will receive their awards.
