    Siyandza Skills Development is an accredited, full service call centre training and middle management training provider. The company was established in September 2006 after a significant gap was identified in the call centre and middle management training areas within the service industry.

    The problem identified was an often painful detachment between the training providers and their clients. Many businesses and training solution providers in the industry "train for the sake of training" and do not fully understand the intricacies of the soft skills training.

    Siyandza was created to bridge the gap by developing a training methodology that:
