All About Xpert announces name change

The project management company previously known as X-Pert Group (Pty) Ltd, announced the formal confirmation of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission of South Africa’s (CIPC) name change registration to All About Xpert(Pty) Ltd.

The company registration, VAT, and bank account numbers remain unchanged.

Accordingly, invoices to clients will be sent in the name allaboutXpert with effect from 1st January 2012, and the company will receive invoices from suppliers in the new entity name

The confirmation follows the merger of all about project management (aapm) and X-Pert Group (Pty) Ltd under the following conditions:

• allabout project management (Pty) Ltd will own 100% of X-Pert Group (Pty) Ltd;
• X-Pert Group (Pty) Ltd will be renamed allaboutXpert (Pty) Ltd;
• Both entities would be retained as active trading entities;
• allabout project management (Pty) Ltd will continue to deliver consulting/turnkey type services in the project related industry;
• allaboutXpert (Pty) Ltd will primarily deliver resource and training solutions in the project related industry
• allabout project management (Pty) Ltd will be 70% owned by Paracon Holdings and 30% owned by management;
• all entities will remain committed to achieving ongoing empowerment goals
• The primary objective will continue to provide project management and related services that add value to clients in delivering projects better.
