FTI Hosts Distinguished International Business Process Management Expert Leading South African Business and Systems Analysis training firm, Faculty Training Institute (FTI) will be hosting internationally renowned Business Process Management expert Roger Burlton. Burlton is founder and Chief Consultant at BPTrends Associates and is regarded globally as a top thought leader, renowned author and dynamic practitioner of Business Process Management.

Burlton who is a guest speaker at South Africa’s first Business Analysis conference (BASSA2012) in September, has accepted an invitation from FTI to present a two day workshop to its’ own audiences. The Business Process Modelling, Analysis and Innovation workshop which will be held in Johannesburg from 6-7 September is a first of its kind for South Africa.
