Cape Town Venue

FTI House is located adjacent to the Kenilworth Racecourse. Most training rooms and the canteen have breathtaking views over the protected fynbos reserve, the racecourse and Table Mountain. The peace and quiet is broken only by the sounds of wild birds and the occasional rumble of hooves from passing horses.

The Institute is close to a public transport hub and can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes by car from almost any location, including Cape Town Airport, Northern and Southern suburbs, City Bowl, the Waterfront and the Western seaboard. Secure, dedicated parking for 46 cars is available on-site.

Overnight accommodation at nearby hotels and B&B's, as well as shuttle transport for out-of-town delegates can be arranged.

Johannesburg Venue

FTI Training Centre is located in Paulshof, Sandton, just off Rivonia road on the Sunninghill side of the N1. It is easily accessible from almost any location and only 45 minutes from Johannesburg’s airports. Secure, dedicated on-site parking for 50 cars is available.

Overnight accommodation at nearby hotels and B&B's, as well as shuttle transport for out-of-town delegates can be arranged.

Facilities

Seminar Rooms

The air-conditioned seminar rooms can comfortably seat up to 40 people (depending on configuration) and are fully equipped. Tables and comfortable chairs enhance the training experience. All venues are fitted with down lighters and dimmers to permit a range of lighting options. Black Venetian blinds allow complete black-out if required.

Training Equipment

All rooms are equipped as standard with movable white-boards and flip-charts. Data projectors are available for hire at an extra cost. Specialised audio or projection equipment can be arranged if required.

Room Hire Charges

Premises may be booked on a full day or half day basis. Use of the canteen area is included at no extra charge, although this may be shared with other courses. Our prices are competitive and include the use of all standard equipment. Please contact us for further details or down load our price list.

Catering

Refreshment breaks, tea/coffee, fruit juice, sweets and filtered water will be arranged to suit your needs. Light Lunches, finger food, cocktail snacks and hot or cold buffet meals can be provided to be consumed in our warmly appointed canteen. Filtered water is provided as standard. Other services

Photocopy and fax facilities exist, e-Mail can be read from our machines, which have a permanent Internet connection. Additional services which can be arranged on request include Name Badges, Flower Arrangements, Photographs, Secretarial Services, Photocopying, Faxing and Message Handling.

A support person is available to assist with the basic installation of any required software. Specialist services, network maintenance and hardware installations are available at additional cost.
