CESA's TRAINING CENTRE FOR HIRE in Bryanston

Fulham House, Hampton Park North, 20 Georgian Crescent, Bryanston, Johannesburg

CESA's Training Centre is situated in Bryanston, in a serene learning environment within an office park.

Our aim is that trainers or meeting coordinators and their delegates feel comfortable in our well laid out air conditioned venue, and that their training or meeting proceeds seamlessly.

An external restaurant, situated in the office park complex, is used for lunch.

The venue is less than 3 kilometre away from the William Nico Highway Drive off ramp, making it easily accessible to anyone travelling from either side of the N1 . Centrally located, it is close to guest houses, shops and restaurants.

There is safe and free parking within the guarded, walled office park complex, which has 24 hour security.

The training centre and its amenities are wheelchair friendly.

Cost R250.00 (excl. VAT) per delegate with a minimum of 10 delegates per day
Prices includes: tea, coffee with biscuits (x3) and lunch with juice/cold drink

EXTRAS AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

• Laptops with Microsoft Windows - Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Powerpoint, Ms Projects 2007) all set up with USB mouse and keyboard.
• Additional non-standard equipment can be ordered on your behalf and charged accordingly.
• Special dietary requirements - Kosher and Halaal meals can be arranged 48hours before the training.
• Note pad and pens.
• Fax, scanning and copying services (black or white and colour).
• Printing (black or white and colour).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF TRAINING CESA FACILITIES:

• Payment - Full pre-payment is required 48 hours prior to the training or meeting. Please note that no bookings will be confirmed until proof of deposit is received on 086 668 3539/ 011 463-7383 or email sce@cesa.co.za.
• Hours - Facilities only available from 07:30 until 17h00 daily. Alternative arrangements can be negotiated.
• Rates - The rates quoted are valid for 30 days and exclude 14% VAT.
• Reservation Policy - Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the training or meeting and will be charged accordingly.
• Under no circumstance will outside catering be allowed.
• All prices quoted are subject to VAT at 14%.
• Cancellation Policy - 0% if cancelled 7 working days prior to arrival, 50% if cancelled 5 working days prior to arrival and 100% if cancelled 3 working days prior to arrival.
• No adhesive of any kind may be used to attach anything on the walls.
• Artwork/pictures on the walls may not be moved or have anything adhered to them.
• Computers (if required) – no software may be installed on the computers without prior agreement from CESA's Training Coordinator.
• Disclaimer - CESA and/or its staff will not be held liable for any loss or damage to any client’s belongings or persons whilst on the premises.
