Facilities available for hire:

1. Boardroom – comfortably seating 8 people



2. A meeting room – 4 people



3. Training room – train up to a maximum of 20 people



4. We also have a Learner pause / kitchen area

Contact Centre Environment with computers, headsets and interactive voice recorded customer simulations.

This means that learners are able to practice their newly acquired telephone skills, operating in an in-bound and out-bound simulated Contact Centre environment.

The simulator allows learners to listen to their own recordings to identify their personal strengths and weaknesses and allows facilitators to access these recordings at a later stage to provide detailed and specific learner feedback.

Computers also fully equipped with MS Office.

Situated in River Park, Nolands House, First Floor, Off Liesbeeck Parkway in Mowbray.
