The tit-for-tat legal battle between the Services Seta and Minister Blade Nzimande has come to an end. Both parties have agreed to a dissolve the current council and put in place a new governing body, headed by Minister Nzimande's appointee, Dr Sihle Moon. Nzimande has agreed to withdraw the appeals against two court decisions that found he had acted unlawfully in making changes to the Seta management.
