Our services include , External Skills Development Facilitator, Development of Policies and Procedures, Training and Development within the ETD and Services Sector, covering a wide range of learning programmes.

We have representation in all 9 provinces in South Africa, providing HR solutions to customers across all industries and business sectors.

Training and Development

Aquarius Skills Solutions is an accredited training provider, offering ETD related programmes, Management Development, Supervisory Development, Customer Care, Events Management, Project Management, Call Centre, Secretarial and HIV/AIDS training programmes.

Our ability to deliver high-quality training and HR solutions is unmatched, using both the latest and most rigorous training and assessment methodology. All our training programmes are outcomes based and aligned to the NQF.

To ensure that our high standards are maintained we employ a full time Design and Research Team to ensure that our programmes have updated, current and factual information.

We have a team of highly experienced and qualified facilitators with proven track records within the training and development industry.

External Skills Development Facilitator Services

This service includes registering as your organisations SDF with the relevant SETA, conducting a Skills Audit and Developing a workplace skills plan. Workplace skills plans are submitted to the SETA on behalf of our clients and we provide clients with quarterly written feedback on progress. To ensure our client receives the maximum return this service includes the completion of the annual training report and submission to the SETA. As part of our service we will also monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Workplace skills plan and keep records of all SDL payments and training expenses.
