    Personally I feel this is long overdue as some SETAS have for a long time become a law unto them-selves. Many SETAS do nothing to work in association with the very employers they represent. This has led to resentment, frustration and a hatred for the system. Many companies will not participate in the skills development process as a result. I can site instances where double standards exist within the SETAS and where it is a case of “Who you Know” if you want anything done.
