Leaving home and heading off to university is a rite of passage for many young people but it’s also a stressful time of adjustment for them and their parents; one which is exacerbated by the lack of available and affordable student accommodation.


In the fast-changing world of work and with South Africa’s high unemployment rates, many graduates (and their parents) are questioning the value of academic qualifications.
