"The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) will come into effect on April 012011.

This Act will fundamentally change the nature of the relationship between supplier and the consumer and will radically alter all consumer communications.

The provision for plain appropriate language within the Act means that every business and organisation must review and where necessary rewrite all forms of their marketing and advertising material.

Compliance is mandatory."
