This programme is aimed at participants who do not yet have proven competence in ETD practice.
The programme enables general group and individual facilitation skills.

The role of the Trainer
Anyone playing the role of a trainer needs to be able to perform a number of tasks:
• They should be competent to prepare for and facilitate individual and group outcomes-based learning sessions
• They should be able to continuously improve their practice through reviewing their own facilitation practices and those of others.
The content of the Train the Trainer Module
The Train the Trainer programme equips existing or prospective facilitators with the competences to do all the above.
Participants in the programme review current education and training practices in their organisations, as well as the equirements of these practices and how to improve them.
During the training they share their challenges with one another, develop practical skills and a theoretical understanding underpinning facilitation of individual and group learning.
