This Industrial Relations Course is designed to enable delegates to deal with their role on the Employment Equity advisory committee. It will lead delegates through the requirements of Employment Equity Regulations and what will be expected of them in their function as EE committee members.
- This course will enable learners to:
Participate in the implementation and development of Employment Equity plans.
Communicate effectively to stakeholders regarding employment equity policies.
Contribute to the monitoring and evaluating of Employment Equity plans.
Assist management in identifying key barriers to implement employment equity targets for transformation.
Provide effective input to management regarding the success of the Employment Equity plan.
