INTRODUCTION

This is a proposal for an in-house workshop for the Department of ABC. It is intended to serve as a discussion document to reach agreement on the nature, content and duration of such a workshop, to ensure that it is customised to the specific needs of the department. Therefore comments will be appreciated on changes to the proposal to address the client needs.

The main benefit of the in-house workshop is that the entire workshop is focused on the programmes and needs of the Department, which is not possible in a public workshop, which addresses the generic needs of participants from a variety of organisations.
