The workshop provides organisations with practical guidelines and tools for conducting an audit of the staff and skills they need to achieve their goals and objectives. It covers: the job categories required, the functions and tasks that must be performed in these jobs, the competences required for occupants of these posts, and measuring the extent to which the existing job categories and staff competence are sufficient and appropriate for achieving the organisation's current and future goals and objectives.
