Learners are required to apply skills and knowledge obtained on the course in the workplace. The facilitator will incorporate 70% practicality by means of examples, activities and role-plays.Learners will receive a workbook and portfolio guide, which will guide them thorough the process. |

The art of SPEAKING ON YOUR FEET or public speaking/presenting to an audience with poise and confidence is not easy for most of us. We need to learn how to do it. This one day course will teach you the easy techniques, show you how to build confidence and how to becoming a master of the art. The basics of a public address and presentation, body language, use of voice, presentation techniques, visual aids, effective preparation and capturing the attention of your listeners are but some of the modules included in this course. |
