CompTIA's A+ is a vendor-neutral certification that validates technical competency in networking administration and support. The A+ certification confirms a technician's ability to perform tasks such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.
The CompTIA A+ certification training course measures the necessary competencies for an entry-level IT professional with the equivalent of at least 500 hours of hands-on experience in the lab or field. Students will learn the knowledge and skills needed to install, build, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems.
