One of the many roles within your position and of a Process Improvement Leader, who improves and designs processes to ensure a more efficient running of the business, is a facilitator. You are efficiency experts as well as educators. Whatever the situation, understanding how adults learn and how best to facilitate learning will greatly aid your Performance Excellence efforts.

This workshop is designed to give you an opportunity to share your successful and challenging experiences, and practice the skills to become better facilitators.
