Learners are trained against 3 Unit Standards:

117870 - Conduct Targeted Training and Development using given Methodologies. (NQF level: 4, Credits: 10)

10231 - Plan Learning Events. (NQF level: 4, Credits: 8)

117877 - Perform one-to-one Training on the Job. (NQF level: 3, Credits: 4)

Total Credits: 22

Includes:

• Learner Material

• Recording of Learners on BSD LRD and upload to ETDP SETA

• Certification of Learners

• Endorsement of Learner Achievements with the ETDP SETA.

Duration:

3 - 4 Days (depending on size of the group)

1 day Portfolio of Evidence workshop ± 6-8 weeks after training.
