Developing an effective safety program includes preparing a plan for preventing and investigating incidents, as well as establishing a safety committee. It is the responsibility of managers and supervisors to take the initiative in creating a safety culture in their organization. While this course was designed to take at least 1 full day, the trainer can do it quicker or spread it out over a longer period.
