Supply chain management is the management of a group of businesses, ultimately involved in providing of products and services required by end users or customers. Supply chain management involves all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods from point of origin to point of use. During this 1 day practical workshop delegates will learn and understand tne concepts of planning, sourcing, warehousing and distributing of finished goods as well as the role these elements play in the supply chain.
