DAYS ONE - FIVE
- Understanding SAQA, NQF, SETA's, ETQA's and the role of the assessor
- Understanding the meaning of facilitation
- Planning and preparing for the training session - the steps
- Delivering presentations for training & development
- Planning group activities
- Dealing with difficult learners
- Facilitating group activities and learning sessions
- Reviewing the training - methodologies
THREE WEEK BREAK
DAY SIX
- Final practical assessment of the candidate facilitating a training session
- Submission of completed Portfolio of Evidence
INDIVIDUAL LEARNING OUTCOMES - ALIGNED TO SPECIFIC OUTCOMES
At the conclusion of this programme learners will be able to:
- Plan for a training session.
- Identify critical areas of importance before the training starts.
- Deliver presentations for training a development.
