Description:
Project Management is a relatively new field of study that focuses on teaching students how to manage projects efficiently and successfully. This programme is for individuals who are leading small to large projects. The programme is designed specifically for project team members through project management knowledge.
To study Project Management is not only a good option for people who wish to pursue a career in this field, but also for anyone who is often involved in projects, or who works in an environment where projects are carried out frequently.

Exit Level Outcomes:
Outcome 1: Work with others to undertake or support the project management activities
- Work as project team member
- Motivate and build a team
Outcome 2: Assist the project manager and/or project team by contributing and participating in planning, execution and control activities
- Contribute to project initiation, scope definition and scope change control
- Develop a simple schedule to facilitate effective project execution
- Contribute to the management of project risk within own field of expertise
- Participate in the estimation and preparation of cost budget for a project or sub project and monitor and control actual cost against budget
- Provide assistance in implementing and assuring project work meets quality requirements
Outcome 3: Provide support to the administration of a project
- Implement project administration processes according to requirements
- Conduct project documentation management to support project processes
- Plan, organise and support project meetings and workshops
Outcome 4: Support the project environment and management activities to deliver project objectives
- Monitor, evaluate and communicate simple project schedules
