ASSESSMENT CRITERIA AND METHODOLOGY
- Full participation in individual and group exercises, discussions and role plays
- On course completion of the Portfolio of Evidence workbook
- Submission of post course written assignments OR workplace presentation on EQ
ENTRY LEVEL: Strictly Level 5/Grade 12/Matric.
