Project Management
Businesses today are expected to deliver on time and to world class standards. It is therefore vital for project managers to have a good grasp of how to manage a project and how to lead a team of diverse individuals.
Project managers are often appointed with the minimum amount of training and support. Added to this, they have to interact with managers who resist having their team members allocated to projects.
