We offer a blended programme which includes facilitation, online coaching, training material as well as technical team-building skills.
Our training programme comprises 10 modules. Each module takes half a day, so the course duration is five days. What makes the course unique is that we start off with Cafe Conversations (Cafe Conversations) and end the workshop with a Street Wisdom Walkshop (Street Wisdom).
There is also the option of adding Team DyNamics training at the start. Team DyNAmics is a performance measurement and reporting tool, aimed at helping teams generate a tangible understanding of what drives team effectiveness. (Team DyNAmics)
