Employment Equity

As recommended by the Code of Good Practice on the implementation of Employment Equity, training should be provided to create awareness of the requirements of the Employment Equity Act. This one-day workshop does just that and in addition, this course is specifically designed to ensure that all Employment Equity Committee members understand the Act and their responsibilities as effective members of the committee.
