The NMMU Business School at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University offers a learning pathway for adult learners in management and leadership, with multiple exit points along the way, from junior level through to the Management Development Diploma (MDP).

Thereafter, students progressing onto the undergraduate qualifications offered, namely, the National Diploma in Management or BCom Business Studies degree receive recognition for prior learning on this pathway.
