Programmes are competency based and designed by Industrial Psychologists who have also been in line management positions, who have personally experienced the challenges that participants are facing every day.

Participants discover the natural leader within themselves and then they learn how to practically apply the principles in their unique work environment.

Instead of linking up with one source of management training, we study leadership concepts from a variety of 'schools' and we take valuable lessons from different perspectives.

The principles are relevant in all industries, but we often develop programmes aimed at the critical competency requirements of a specific audience.

Pro Talent programmes are aimed at the leadership needs of participants who have to lead people, processes and technology in a Level of work 2 (Tactical strategy) operational work environment.

They are typically responsible for managing others and often they do it via first line managers and team leaders.

Other participants do not have direct managerial responsibilities, but they still need leadership competence to influence the flow of work.
