Staffing Direct CC was established in February 2000 by Caroline Mack and registered as a close corporation and Recruitment Consultancy.

The company is 100% female black owned and managed and has an AAA+ rating issued by Empowerdex.

Staffing Direct has recently launch training to the Corporates in South Africa.

We have applied our training expertise from Namibia to the South African market.

BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT STRATEGY

Staffing Direct CC is 100% black owned and managed and has a AAA+ rating by Empowerdex.

Due to our large percentage of verified black ownership we are able to assist organizations from all industry categories operating under various charter agreements.

CSI PROJECT

We are committed to furthering previous disadvantaged individuals/communities through empowering, consulting and assisting.

Initiatives to date have included:

• Sponsoring 120 newspapers per month to 8 schools in Khayelitsha, Delft & Guguletu

• Providing access to assessment/testing rooms to individuals wanting to hone their skills

• Job Shadowing

TRAINING WORKSHOPS – ACCREDITED & SKILLS PROGRAMS

All the skills programs offered are NQF aligned, resulting in a formal NQF qualification.

In addition to skills programs we also offer courses designed specifically for our clients.

The qualifications are recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority and SETA.

Cape Town and Gauteng are currently in the process of attaining accreditation.
