The Elgin Learning Foundation is an NGO focused on rural community development within the Western Cape.

We have trained, implemented projects and run community services within poverty ridden communities as far as the Northern Cape focusing on Agriculture, Small business development, Education, Early childhood development, Rural schools support, Health and social development initiatives.

Our model aims to ensure sustainable development through value-driven learning in programs that learners can utilize after their training has been completed.
