COMPANY BACKGROUND: - El-Cher Consulting has converted from a Close Corporation to a (Pty) Ltd under the Companies Act with the registration number 2010/04963/07 and conducts business under the trading name of Integrated Business Solutions. We are a Black Economic Empowerment Company with 100% of the equity and management vested in the hands of Historically Disenfranchised Individuals (HDI). The founding member of the business being, Sheryl Smith, commenced trade where the core business was incumbent to offering services to SMME’s in Human Resource Development. In 2003, the company included into its list of shareholders, Patrick Brink. In 2003, the entity further included into its scope of operations SMME training and development. Mr Brink has spearheaded the development of the Training Division. IBS is currently accredited with the Service Seta and MAPPP Seta. It is further noted that in compliance with current legislative requirements, Integrated Business Solutions successfully obtained registration status with Umalusi and DHET with Reg No. 2010/FE07/074 – Expiry Date 31 December 2016 IBS’s head office is situated in Cape Town, but has through associates set up satellite offices in the Northern Cape and Eastern Cape, which has assisted them in the development of SMME’s within South Africa.
