We have a series of on-line assessments which are alligned to job profiles. Theses assessments have been designed to test and assess the knowledge of the individual to identify weaknesses which can be addressed with training. A typical test will take between 1h30 and 2 hours to complete and will cover soft skills, management and leadership skills, computerisation skills, operational and supply chain skills.
