If you have a thing for business or want to take your management skills to the next level, then the Unisa Master of Business Leadership (MBL) could be exactly what you need.
Applications for the MBL are open until 15 December 2020 for the 2021 intake. The MBL programme gives students an opportunity to learn theory and practical leadership skills.
Students will not only develop leadership skills, in line with management, but they will also be empowered to become better and confident leaders.
Students hoping to receive the MBL degree will have to first successfully complete a maximum of three years in order to qualify.
Once students have completed the MBL, they will be able to continue studying towards a Doctor of Business Leadership degree (DBL) if they meet the requirements.
Unfortunately, students who not qualify for the degree in time will be removed from the School of Business Leadership.
What do you need to qualify?
Those hoping to apply for the programme will need to have a minimum of 120 credits or Bachelors degree with 480 credits.
This will need to be accompanied by proof of at least five years' work experience. This could be in the form of a letter from your employer, giving proof of the period of your employment.
Unisa will also be accepting certificates of service if applicants are unable to provide letters from employers.
Applicants who run their own businesses are required to submit statements from their auditors, attorneys or partners.
A recent Curriculum Vitae (CV) will also be required along with a copy of Identity document or passport.
Successful applicants will be contacted by Unisa and may be required to write an admissions test before final selections are made.
