- Second series: Muckleneuk Campus (Tshwane), 1 to 8 July 2022
- Third series: Cape Town, 11 to 13 July 2022

The university has apologised for the inconvenience caused by the unforeseen postponement of the previous graduation ceremonies which were postponed indefinitely in March as protests took place at the University.
The disruption to the graduation ceremonies was carried out by protesting members of the National Education, Health, and Allied Workers' Union (NEHAWU). It is reported that the protest was sparked after a disputed salary adjustment agreement between workers and the university.
