HR learnership paves way for better management

People are the driving force of any business and for any organisation, managing its people can be a challenging task.

The Human Resources Department within an organisation is responsible for the coordination, management and control of the people within a company.

In order to address the need for qualified HR Practioners, Progression has introduced an exciting new SAQA-aligned and SABPP-accredited HR Learnership NQF4 which aims to prepare learners in supporting the Human Resources function within a business. The Learnership is a combination of theoretical and relevant workplace experience and is ideal for organisations that are looking to fulfil a strong support role towards their company’s Human Resource Manager.

Some of the outcomes offered by the HR Learnership:

Support the implementation of procedures and systems related to Human Resources Management practices
Develop an understanding of people dynamics and its impact in the workplace
Acquisition, development and utilisation of people
Establishment and improvement of labour and employee relations
Progression can assist organisations in selecting appropriate candidates to enter the learnership. Alternatively existing employees within the company who are working within the HR Department and who are not formally qualified as a Human Resource Practitioner can be placed onto the programme.
