Learners will gain an understanding of performance measures in the supply chain, the budgeting process, cost control methodologies, and problem-solving techniques. With this as a foundation, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to control inventory in such a way that operational efficiencies and customer service levels are balanced and optimised.
