HIV/AIDS AWARENESS - SAQA 13915 - NQF LEVEL 3

This Workshop is aligned with the following accredited unit standard:

• 13915 - Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HIV/AIDS in a workplace, and its effects on a business sub-sector, own organisation and a specific workplace.

This unit standard provides a broad introduction to HIV/AIDS in the workplace. It introduces a broad case of knowledge about HIV/AIDS that will enable learners to be informed and caring workers in an industry. The focus is knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in relation to the learner`s own context and experience of the world of work.

Keybase House is an upmarket training venue, custom built with 5 training rooms designed for computer courses and 1 training room with an interactive whiteboard for soft skill interventions or computer courses.

Excel Intermediate

This 2-day accredited course will provide the user with sufficient skills to produce amazing spreadsheets, charts/graphs and print reports using features such as headers and footers.

Customer Service Excellence

Learning Programme overall purpose: To provide learners with the required skills to apply the basic skills of customer service
People learning towards this Unit Standard are expected to be competent in: • Hold a GETC or equivalent qualification
• Numeracy and literacy at NQF level 1 or equivalent
• Be competent in communication

Relate the purpose, content, form, frequency and recipients of a range of reports to the information needs of selected business.
