NEC3 Black Book - Advanced Contract Management & Administration

The Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) or as it is generally known the Black Book is the most commonly used NEC3 contract in South Africa. It is often praised for its flexibility, simplicity and for its ability to promote good (project) management between the parties to a contract.
