If you know anything about me, you will know that I am somewhat of an experimenter with respect to instructional design. This is because I learn best through trial and error.  An aspect in training that has always got me thinking is the use of groups in class. In fact I have been so challenged by this aspect that I registered my Masters’ Degree in the field of Cooperative Learning, which is a fancy name for group learning.

There is a lot going on and you just can’t seem to focus. You feel tired all the time and work towards goals that you are just not seeing the results of.

 

 

John has just returned to the office from a two-day training course and he’s itching to start putting into practice some of the new skills he’s learnt. 

I would like to suggest something wild, something that many of us find difficult. Why not love yourself? And by this I mean to go beyond the usual “hello gorgeous” as you wipe the sleep from your eyes every morning.
Invest in yourself.
