 Department of Basic Education is giving another chance to rewrite the National Senior Certificate (NSC) to candidates who did not do well in the May/June supplementary examinations. The NSC candidates, according to the department, may sign up now to write the November 2021 examination.

Schools in Kwa-Zula Natal have seen an increase in the number of Covid-19 infections among teachers, support staff and students. The province has recorded more than 1100 reported cases in 350 schools in the past 3 weeks.
