Communication for Supervisors & Line Managers

In order to deal with the public or manage other people effectively, it is important to develop self-awareness and empathy. This course covers self esteem, attitude, responsibility, choices and consequences related to leadership. Topics include general communication strategies, listening and questioning skills, giving positive and negative feedback, customer service and professional etiquette.
This programme will take place over one and a half days (9am – 4.30pm, 9am – 12.30pm)
