Improve Communication in the Workplace

Many problems in the workplace stem from inadequate customer service training, poor communication and uncertainty about how to approach management with concerns. The aim of this course is to increase confidence and equip participants with empowering communication tools to improve private and professional relationships. Topics covered include self esteem, attitude, responsibility, customer service and telephone skills, excellence at work, setting boundaries and coping with conflict.
