Interviewing Skills for HR Staff & Managers

Learning to ask the right questions is an art. In this course you will learn the basics of communication: verbal and non-verbal messages, listening, asking open-ended questions, avoiding assumptions and judgements, sensing atmosphere and helping people feel at ease. Topics include tone of voice, body language, attention to detail, presentation and professionalism, summarising and following up.
This programme will take place over one day (9am – 4.30pm)
