This two day course will enable learners to sell products to their customers in a way that meet's the customer's buying needs and also demonstrates the sales consultant's product knowledge. They will improve their own selling skills and gain an understanding of the psychology of selling.

This programme is accredited with the W&RSETA and is aligned to two unit standards and is a stand alone Skills Programme that also provides articulation to other W&RSETA qualifications.
