DAYS ONE - FIVE
Understanding SAQA, NQF, SETA’s, ETQA’s and the role of the assessor
Understanding the meaning of facilitation
Planning and preparing for the training session – the steps
Delivering presentations for training and development
Planning group activities
Dealing with difficult learners
Facilitating group activities and learning sessions
Reviewing the training - methodologies
ONE MONTH BREAK
Final practical work place assessment of the candidate facilitating a training session
Submission of completed Portfolio of Evidence

ENTRY LEVEL: Strictly Level 4/Grade 12/Matric.
