The Critical and analytical thinking in practice short course will help prepare you for the changing demands of the future workplace. Complex problem solving and critical thinking have been identified as the most important workplace skills by the year 2020* (World Economic Forum, 2016 – The future of Jobs), however these skills are seldom explicitly taught in formal training because of their tacit and interdisciplinary nature.
This short course will develop your competence in critical thinking, creative problem solving, collaboration, systems thinking and decision-making. Participants will gain theoretical knowledge as well as practical exercise in applying these skills.
Project management is about developing and implementing a product, service, event or facility within a predetermined time frame, budget and quality parameters.
